EMPLOYMENT

Firm operates as a contract clinical research service to the pharmaceutical
industry to support Investigational New Drug Applications submitted to
the FDA. Since 1978 DRAC has conducted over 500 research trials in their
on-site clinic and in other clinics and physicians' offices throughout the
U.S. The FDA has approved over 60 New Drug Applications in this time based,
in part, on DRAC's participation in and management of clinical trials. Dr.
Frazer has been the principal investigator on approximately 30 research
trials for a variety of indications such as HBP, arthritis, asthma, UTI,
dysmenorrhea, AIDS, sinusitis, bronchitis, post operative surgical pain,
ischemic strokes and Phase I pharmacokinetics. He has lectured for several
pharmaceutical companies on the use of their drugs and for several pharmacy
schools on opportunities and alternative vocations for pharmacists.
